Providing superior customer support is the cornerstone of the InnView service offering. From project inception to ongoing support, the InnView team has experienced personnel who specialize in each project phase.
Project Management
During the implementation phase, each hotel is assigned a project manager who will co-ordinate the initial system engineering, custom design, installation and training. The project manager is the single point of contact and is responsible for all aspects of implementation.
Network Operations Center
Post installation, each system is monitored to ensure maximum performance. The on-line diagnostic capability of the Network Operation Center enables InnView to proactively identify and resolve the majority of service issues before they are realized by the hotel. Reported problems can usually be resolved by remote diagnostics without visiting the hotel property.
On-Site Service
When a service visit is required, InnView will dispatch a trained technician directly to the hotel to replace defective parts or make necessary adjustments. Because of the modularity of the InnView system, replacing parts is simply plug and play.
Help Desk
The InnView help desk is available 24 hours a day for technical support and to dispatch service personnel. The help desk interfaces with the NOC and technician dispatch providing one point of contact to fulfill all service needs.
